Why did I choose sport and exercise psychology?
I have a passion for psychology, fitness, sports, and most of all, helping people.
Very few people are satisfied with their lifestyle and feel like they have a clear sense of purpose. Most people are struggling to meet their goals.
I want to provide the guidance and support individuals need to get healthier, exercise more, and to develop a more positive mindset.

My Passion for Psychology
How we feel and think is central to the quality of life we develop. Just like our physical health, our mental health can have it's ups and downs too. Strength, as far as I'm concerned, is first and foremost mental. A physically strong person can be the most fragile deep inside. I wish for all individuals to be physically and emotionally strong and take this strength to a place of constant learning, self-realization and doing good around. Through this passion, I just want to help people understand that mental health is nothing to be ashamed of - most people (if not all) experience it at some point in their life. Together, we can support one another!
